By downloading, installing, or using Lynort ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lynort grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your internal business or personal purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Rent, lease, lend, or sub-license the Software to third parties.
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lynort be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
